The Frontier achieves 140ppm from a 14 head and 210ppm from 18 heads. The Frontier is capable of weighing a range of products from Potato chips and extruded snacks to confectionery. Emphasis is placed on the unique concept of Bottom Based Handling (BBH) which gives a clear product window at high speeds whilst interfacing with a packaging machine. The Yamato BBH concept has positive environmental effects i.e. reduction in packaging waste, product in seal and product waste. Technically the machine is revolutionary; the BBH technology coupled with new algorithms ensures that this machine is highly accurate. The Frontier operates via the Advanced Interactive Colour Touch Screen, which has a 32 bit high speed CPU, access ports for Keyboard, Ethernet and Compact Flash and a built in printer with an optional Web Camera.
